Job Description
A) coverage position, working collaboratively with a team of SLPs to provide high-quality speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language therapy services to K–5 students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
• Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on student needs
Assignment Details:
• Student Population: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
• Caseload: Approximately 40 students (shared among SLP team)
• Strong team support with additional SLPs onsite
• All hours are billable
Requirements:
• Active Speech Language Pathologist license
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload and documentation effectively
