We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians RBT / ABA therapists to join our team. RBT/BT will need to have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis.

Registered Behavior Technicians RBT / ABA Therapists Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
• Coordination of care with client's team members
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
• Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
