Job Description
plied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in the Lake County area. Our mission is to empower children and families through compassionate, evidence-based services that promote communication, independence, and growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking two (2) Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Therapy sessions may occur in the child’s home, community, or school setting. This position is ideal for an RBT seeking flexible hours and a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data using provided systems
• Communicate progress and observations to the supervising BCBA
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote generalization of skills
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the BACB
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience working with children with autism (preferred)
Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in Waukegan, Zion, and North Chicago
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
