Job Description

herapist to work within our Residential and Adult Day Services Divisions.
The BCBA or Level 2 Behavior Therapist will provide behavior services and therapy for supported individuals.

Will collaborate and work with agency staff in assigned programs to identify persons served needs and provide programming, consultation and training for staff. Document billing notes in accordance with DHS laws and regulations.
BCBA salary range: $Level 2 BT starting salary: $Medical, dental, vision

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Level 2 Behavior Therapist approved through DHS.
Preferred: 2 years' experience in using various Applied Behavior Analysis methods including but not limited to skill acquisition, behavior reduction, staff training, assessment, clinical supervision, adaptive skill building, behavior plans, functional assessment and analysis preferred.
