Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to early childhood through 2nd-grade students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and manage a caseload of approximately 55 students Utilize a 3:1 service delivery model to efficiently balance direct therapy sessions with documentation and coordination tasks Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school and state regulations Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Eligible for or holding a Certificate of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) preferred Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings Familiarity with early childhood to elementary educational environments Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and collaborate effectively Ability to travel and work full-time hours (37.5 hours/week) for the duration of the assignment Location & Schedule: Position is based in Elk River, MN Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Assignment duration: April 9th through June 5th Travel assignment with support provided This opportunity is ideal for an experienced school-based SLP looking to support a dynamic caseload while working in a travel role. to bring your expertise to this rewarding short-term position.
