What is your role?

Direct Intervention: Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing ABA based programs as designed by the BCBA in a school, home, or community setting.

Behavior Plan: Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans in a playful yet professional manner as directed by your team’s BCBA.

Data Collection: Methodically collect data during therapy sessions as directed by your team’s

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members in an acceptable time frame. Communicate with caregivers regarding the client’s progress.

Meetings: Attend regular meetings, training, and workshops.

Drive: Drive self to multiple work sites during the workday

Ethic Code: Commitment to following company policies, maintaining client confidentiality, and adhering to HIPPA laws as well as the Ethic Code for Behavior Analysts/RBTs. Promote client dignity and safety at all times.

Requirement

High School diploma or GED.

Must have a desire to work with individuals with developmental needs.

Positive attitude and kindness towards team members and clients

Experience working with children and/or adults in the school, home and/or community settings (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education or related field (preferred)

Reliable transportation is required.

A background check

A negative TB test is required

Carry out schedule as agreed upon, including good time-keeping

Spanish speaker (Preferred).

Comply with California Department of Public Health COVID-19 policies.

Accept feedback and implement suggestions.

Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and flexibility with individuals and how the learning environments are rearranged.

CPR Certification

Drivers License is required.

Monday through Friday
