5+ years of clinical research experience, particularly in overseeing complex studies
Preferred certifications include Certified Clinical Project Manager (CCPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge of clinical trial concepts, project management standards, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
