• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
• Partner with families to support meaningful progress
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure high-quality care

• Active BCBA certification (and licensure where applicable)
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for delivering individualized, evidence-based care
