Position: Behavior Therapist

Location: Home, clinic, school, or community settings

Are you ready to inspire and be inspired? At CABS, we empower children with autism by delivering top-notch ABA therapy. We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapists to join our expert team.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related disorders.
• Work closely with BCBAs, fellow therapists, and parents to deliver personalized treatment plans.
• Implement programs with fidelity while brainstorming creative solutions for challenges.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
• Join clients on community outings to promote social skills and independence.
• Assist in the development of program plans and materials.
• Share valuable feedback during team meetings.

What You Bring:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.
• Certification: Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, engage in physical play, bend, and squat.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor.
• Mindset: A passion for working with children on the autism spectrum, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.

What We Need from You:
• High school transcripts or college diploma submitted by hire date.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
