Responsibilities
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients’ developmental goals
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting, fostering independence and self-care skills
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment plans
• Support teaching sessions that promote communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors tailored to each individual’s needs
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and consistent implementation of behavior management strategies
• Engage with clients in a compassionate manner, creating a positive environment that encourages growth and learning

Requirements
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education principles
• Ability to collect and analyze data accurately for progress tracking and treatment adjustments
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and families
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals’ growth and development
