ck us out!! A Brand New Day ABA is an expanding agency providing services in multiple counties throughout Connecticut. We have an amazing opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a supportive, exciting, and quickly growing team! If you are passionate about providing supports and strategies to families in need and are looking for a position where your opinion matters, we would love the opportunity to talk to you!
• Position(s): BCBA for either Southington or West Hartford and surrounding areas
Telehealth and in-person hybrid position.
Requirements: Up-To-Date BCBA certification and board certified
Schedule:
• A hybrid of morning and late afternoon/evening hours. Some weekend hours may be needed on occasion.
Role:
• Managing own case load
• Supervising a team
• Developing programs
• Monitoring/analyzing progress
• Conducting assessments
• Performing staff/parent training
• Providing a large majority of the services in-home
• Running social skills/emotional regulation groups
