Job Description
e ideal candidate will maintain accurate clinical documentation, practice in alignment with Oregon standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning
• Provide ongoing therapy to support clients across diverse ages and backgrounds
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to client needs and therapeutic goals
• Complete timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation that meet professional standards
• Assess risk and create safety plans as needed to ensure client safety and stability
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with outside providers, as needed, to support holistic client care
Qualifications
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Current Oregon license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered associate actively working toward licensure)
• Experience providing therapy for diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and cultural humility
