Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary

The Case Manager is responsible for all clinical aspects within their managed/supervised caseload, driving technicians and clients toward meeting their treatment plan goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee client clinical teams
• Provide programming, design data collection, and conduct behavior analysis
• Oversee training and management of staff
• Facilitate monthly team meetings with family and child’s clinical team members
• Lead parent training sessions
• Prepare Behavior Management Plan proposals
• Write and develop treatment reports
• Maintain positive relations with family members and stakeholders
• Attend stakeholder meetings (IPP & IEP)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• M.A. degree or above in a related field; BCBA certification
• Advanced knowledge of curriculum, programming, team development, staff training/management, behavior analysis, and data collection
• Advanced level of professional skills
• Clearance with the California Department of Justice

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment
• Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
• Physical presence at the assigned job location, which may include home and community placements
• Ability to safely restrain, hold, transport, and utilize quick body movements as indicated in a Behavior Intervention Plan with children exhibiting challenging behavior
• Manual dexterity for specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between different job sites
• Valid California Driver’s License and insurance in good standing
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in ABA treatment or child development
• Master’s Degree and BCBA certification

Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once employed, including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, RBT training, and other company in‑services and trainings as directed by the employment supervisor.

Qualifications
