This is a full-time BCBA role designed to let you do your best work while providing clear clinical direction to the RBTs on your caseload. This position supports clients across both of our clinic locations in Sagamore and Norton.

Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.
What You'll Do
• Manage and oversee an assigned ABA caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical direction and support to RBTs assigned to your cases
• Monitor client progress through data and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment

✔ Involves directing RBTs clinically within your caseload
✔ Provides flexibility in managing your daily schedule

Qualifications
• BCBA certification required
• Ohio COBA certification required
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience managing an ABA caseload
• Strong clinical and data analysis skills
• Clear communication and organizational ability
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience
• Paid time off and holidays
