What You Will Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills
• Manage behaviors using positive reinforcement strategies
• Collect and document behavioral data using simple systems
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
