$25.00-$27.00 per hour
Why Ro Health:

What You'll Do

General Classroom Support Work alongside a lead teacher to support multiple students, running discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavioral interventions in a structured setting.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Implementing ABA-based behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Collecting accurate behavioral data and communicating observations to the supervising BCBA
• Using reinforcement strategies, prompting hierarchies, and other evidence-based techniques
• Communicating clearly and calmly with students, teachers, and administrators.

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs as required
Requirements:
• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience implementing ABA programming
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
