Job Description

• Prepare for and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to ensure compliance and effective student support.
• Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As) and provide additional testing support as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff to tailor services, including supporting coverage for fellow on-site SLPs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with district and licensing requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Texas state license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
• Experience working with students from early childhood through eighth grade is preferred.
• Bilingual or monolingual candidates are welcome.
• Capable of managing multiple caseloads and demonstrating flexibility within school environments.
Position Details:
• Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site required)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 2 days per week at Martin Luther King Jr. Academy for Arts Integration (K-8)
• 3 days per week at Advanced Learning Academy (Pre-K – 3)
• Contract position with a set end date of May 29, 2026.
