Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
  • Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
  • Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
  • Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
