We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team to supervise cases in a private school setting. The BCBA will plan, develop, and oversee individualized behavioral supports for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related communication, social, or behavioral challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and families while guiding staff in providing meaningful, student-centered interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses

Design, implement, and supervise ethical, effective behavior-analytic interventions Develop and oversee skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans Support students in building essential skills, including social interaction, communication, self-monitoring, and classroom readiness Supervise and train RBTs and other team members, ensuring fidelity of implementation Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven decisions Collaborate with families and school staff, providing updates, recommendations, and support Maintain accurate documentation and sign off on treatment plans in compliance with standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification and state licensure (NJ)
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (school-based or pediatric experience a plus) Strong knowledge of ABA principles and assessment tools Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a school team environment
