Your Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based practices
• Encourage independence and skill development while promoting positive behaviors

What We Are Looking For
• Prior experience as an ABA Therapist or working with children/individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Fluency in Spanish is essential
• A passion for helping children with Autism and a willingness to learn
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm under challenging situations
• Reliable transportation is a must

Important Details
• Services are conducted in clients' homes and community-based settings
• All roles start as part-time
• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is preferred
• A commitment of at least six months is required

• Healthcare support roles (such as DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
