Job Description

Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (school schedule)

School Year: August 2026 - May 2027

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and support staff to help students succeed behaviorally, socially, and academically.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct behavioral support to students under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
• Support students in classroom and school environments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Promote positive behavior and student engagement

Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification required
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents
