Job Description
spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect data on client progress, and collaborate closely with families to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Implement ABA-based interventions according to individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions focused on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage appropriate behaviors.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Implement behavior management strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
Data Collection & Reporting:
• Record accurate and detailed session notes on client progress and behaviors.
• Collect and input data into ABA software or client files as required.
• Report client progress, challenges, and concerns to the BCBA.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Maintain professional and positive communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
• Follow ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Follow emergency and crisis intervention procedures as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, state regulations, and BACB guidelines.
• Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field of ABA or Mental Health, or experience with 6000 hours of supervised experience.
