Job Description

services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians will:
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, NET, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community.
• Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors
• Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Professional Crisis Management Association
• Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
• Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
• Pay rate: $20 - $24 per hour based on experience and education

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 18 years old/have a high school diploma to apply
• 2 years college coursework in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children
• Experience working with individuals with special needs, Autism (preferred)
• DOJ Background/fingerprint clearance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• URGENT NEED: Availability M-F 3pm-8pm, in-home support; morning and in-center needs vary
