Job Description

ndividualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral supports

• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards related to behavior services

Qualifications:
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Experience working in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions
• Flexibility to accommodate varying caseloads, including part-time availability
