We are seeking a passionate and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). LOCATION

Our clinic is located near the beautiful historic downtown Fairburn, Ga. We do not provide in home services.

POTENTIAL SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement individualized behavioral intervention programs for children with autism.
• Participate in comprehensive training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), child development, and data collection techniques.
• Collaborate closely with a BCBA for ongoing supervision and support.
• Observe and accurately record child behaviors using electronic devices.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisory staff and team members.
