Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply
• Have the bility to travel to and between client locations
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
