RESPONSIBILITIES FOR REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS INCLUDE:
• Working 1:1 with students while supporting them academically, emotionally, and socially.
• Supporting students in the community.
• Supporting classroom teachers with daily classroom activities.
SALARY/BENEFITS FOR REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS INCLUDE:
• Competitive Salary - Commensurate with experience
• Full-Time Registered Behavior Technicians are eligible for our Full Benefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, 401K with Employer Matching Plan, and Employee Assistance Program.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS:
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional/1:1 Aide providing positive behavioral support
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• NJ Substitute Teacher Certification is a plus but not required.
• RBT Certification required
• Experience working under a BCBA, a huge plus
• Safety Care of Crisis Intervention Training preferred

A salary range is provided in accordance with New Jersey pay transparency laws. Final salary is determined using a structured salary grid, taking into account years of relevant experience and educational qualifications, certifications, and is subject to the maximum limits established by the New Jersey Department of Education and the discretion of the Board of Directors. The salary provided is for a 10-month contracted position.
