Job Description
Do you have a desire to be a good role model and help individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities through today’s society??? If yes, then Luminous Pathways wants you!!!!! At Luminous Pathways, we believe in teach and guiding individuals with care and making learning fun!!
We are currently looking for individuals who are passionate about changing lives of those who are neurodivergent.
As a personal assistant or respite care provider you will be guiding individuals through their daily routines, teaching independence and helping them to empower their lives!! You will also get to take part in teaching social skills. You will also be giving their families a much needed break!!

Currently hiring in multiple locations: Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Fremont and San Jose.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

• Do you have a high school diploma?
• Do you have at least 1 year of personal or professional experience with special needs individuals?
• It is a requirement that you transport clients to and from activities. Do you have your own reliable vehicle, current registration and valid drivers license? Are willing to transport clients?
• Can you pass a full background check?
• We need personal assistants that are available and looking for flexibility. Are you willing to work evenings and/or Saturdays?
• Do you have the ability to be on your feet, bending over, and moving all day?
