What You'll Do

Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, SRS-2, etc.)

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs (in-person + telehealth dependent on insurance requirements)

Provide parent training and support

Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams

Support clients across home, center, and remote settings

Expectations

Meet established billable hour requirements

Maintain consistent on-site presence for supervision and sessions

Balance remote work with in-person clinical responsibilities

Support a growing region with professionalism and flexibility

Requirements

Active BCBA certification

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum 2 years BCBA experience preferred

Experience with data collection systems

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable transportation for local travel

Comfortable providing services via telehealth, in-home, in-school, and in-center

This position supports our North Florida region (Titusville & Cocoa) and includes a mix of in-person services and remote work.
