Job Description
lso assist with caregiver training as directed by supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver ABA programs in homes, schools, and clinical/community settings.
• Teach skills in communication, socialization, daily living, academics, and self-care.
• Collect and record accurate session data daily.
• Support parent/caregiver training under BCBA/BCaBA guidance.
• Participate in ongoing training in ABA, ethics, and professionalism.
• Follow treatment plans, maintain client safety, and uphold confidentiality.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Complete required documentation and timekeeping.
• Obtain and maintain RBT certification (company reimburses first exam attempt).
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; experience with ABA or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Minimum 10 hours/week availability; must be 18+.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required.
Work Environment & Hazards
• Sessions occur in our centers, homes, schools, outdoors, and community settings.
• Clients may engage in challenging behaviors (aggression, property destruction, bodily fluids); PPE provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- •Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 and group settings
- •They implement individualized treatment plans to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support clients’ growth
- •BTs/RBTs also assist with caregiver training as directed by supervisors
