BCBA Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and update treatment goals
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
BCBA Qualifications
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising RBTs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with children with autism and their families
