Job Description
on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care - and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!
As an RBT, you'll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
What You'll Do
• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

☆ What You'll Need
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR certification
• Active RBT certification
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
