Job Description
Schedule: Full–Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (availability required)
Work Setting: Center‑Based ABA

About the Role
We're not your average ABA provider—we're a team of change‑makers helping kids with Autism reach their potential, one goal at a time. Whether it’s learning to brush their teeth, play with peers, or simply say what they need—we’re here for the journey.
Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Track progress—collect data on every goal, every day using our tech tools
• Teach real‑world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime
• Collaborate with Program Supervisors and BCBAs
• Continually learn and grow professionally
Qualifications
• At least 18 years old (required)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Full‑time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (required)
• Own reliable transportation
• Reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
• Enjoy working with kids; experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy is a plus
• Playful, patient, and positive
Location: Orange, California (Flower St, 92868)
