gs. This itinerant role involves travel throughout the Somerville, MA area, delivering expert services to students across multiple schools. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement strategies effectively.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing training and consultation to school staff.
• Travel between assigned schools within the Somerville area to deliver services.
Desired Qualifications:
• Current Board Certification as a BCBA.
• Experience working in school environments, preferably with itinerant service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse educational settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits efficiently.
Location and Travel:
• This position requires regular travel within the Somerville, MA region.
• Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfill itinerant duties.

- •Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required
