BCBA - Clinical Supervisor (Center-Based) | Full-Time

$83,000 - $95,000 + Bonus
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule
We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a well-established, center-based ABA program working with children with autism.

This role offers a strong balance of clinical leadership, manageable caseloads, and real work-life balance, with the support you need to focus on quality care.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training and support
• Adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance

Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Active Texas LBA license
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
• 2+ years of ABA experience (early intervention preferred)
• Experience supervising clinical staff
