ur clientele! All Together ABA provides supervision towards the RBT and BCBA certifications. If you are interested in learning as well as both professional and personal growth, it's time to join the team!
Responsibilities:
• Work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and other team members
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others
