Multiple full-time roles are available for the upcoming school year, supporting students across a variety of age groups and educational settings. Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Must have active NYSED fingerprints completed within the last year
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting behavioral data
• Previous experience working with students in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work effectively with BCBAs, teachers, and related service providers

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct behavioral support to students using evidence-based strategies
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect, track, and document behavioral data accurately and consistently
• Support positive classroom environments and student engagement throughout the school day
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings to support student success
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility within a dynamic school setting

Pay:

$28+ per hour based on experience
