What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain therapy schedules for staff and families
• Adapt quickly to changes such as cancellations or staff call-outs
• Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure families receive consistent services
• Communicate with staff and families — in both English and Spanish — to confirm schedules and provide updates
• Support new RBTs by assigning them to clients that align with their availability and skills

What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred
• Experience in scheduling, staffing, or coordination (healthcare/ABA preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust strategies quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator
• Comfortable using scheduling or practice management systems
