About the Role: We are expanding our clinical team and are looking for skilled therapists who are passionate about patient care. Come join us and help drive our mission to provide the highest quality care and support for patients! This role may be a fit for you if:
• You can work an Evening and Weekend schedule
• You are passionate about working with children, adolescents and adults
• You are skilled and dedicated to providing outcomes-focused, evidence-based care.
• You are committed to cultivating awareness while building rapport with clients to foster a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and trust.

Responsibilities:
• Clinically licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.), with Connecticut license in good standing
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Comfortable delivering telehealth services
• Familiar with evidence-based practice
• Empathetic and team-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Participation in case consultations and group supervision
• Participation in required meetings and training as needed
• Expected to work at minimum 10 hours per week

Qualifications:
• Clinically licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.), with Connecticut license in good standing
• Experience working with children and adolescents
