Your Responsibilities:
• Engage children through play while implementing individualized treatment plans
• Observe, interact, and gather data to create progress notes
• Assist children in developing vital life skills, including motor, social, and emotional abilities
• Work collaboratively on goals to redirect challenging behaviors into effective communication
• Make a positive impact in each child's life!

Desired Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with children in settings such as camp counseling, daycare, or schools is preferred
• High energy, creativity, and quick thinking when interacting with kids
• Reliability is key; families depend on your presence
• Physical ability to be active and engage with children on the floor
• Comfort with technology and data collection software, including Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Commitment to learning independently and delivering high-quality care
• Interest in evidence-based practices and proven methods
