Position Details
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Dublin, OH
• Client Focus: Individuals (from ages 6 to 99), couples, and families
• Clinical Areas: Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Meet productivity requirements of 23 clients/week on a consistent basis
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing

Who Were Looking For
• Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams
