Job Description

e to children and youth, utilizing physiological and emotional regulation tools in a trauma-informed framework
• Collaborate closely with Residential Care Workers to strengthen youth-staff relationships, reinforce behavior expectations, and ensure follow-through on Personal Wellness Plans
• Offer ongoing updates on youth progress and needs using developmentally appropriate communication
• Model healthy boundaries and support the implementation of de-escalation strategies and timely Critical Incident Reports
• Review Court-Ordered Case Plans with the Wellness Team to ensure program activities align with legal requirements
• Partner with Social Service Practitioners and other service providers to maintain continuity of care for children and youth awaiting placement at HHCYC
• *Qualifications:**
• Must be currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as: Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
• Possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related behavioral science field
• Valid certificate of registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (Clinical Therapist I) or a valid certificate of registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Clinical Therapist II) issued by the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences

• Hourly Salary: Clinical Therapist I - Per Diem - $44.31, Clinical Therapist II - Per Diem - $50.33
• Schedule: 5 hour shifts, including Friday evenings and weekend days
