Central Middle School: July 7-July 31, Monday-Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm (16 days of instruction)
Wayzata High School: July 7-July 31, Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-3:30pm (16 days of instruction)
Position Description:
Wayzata Public Schools is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide educational speech/language evaluation and intervention to children Birth through 21 throughout the District. The best candidate for the position will have the ability, skills and training necessary to provide consultation and direct services to children with communication disorders with or without accompanying disabilities. Experience working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and expertise in Augmentative Communication systems preferred.
Qualifications:
• Education Speech Language Pathologist Licensure
• Experience and willingness to work on general education teams and provide collaborative special education services with general education teachers is required.
• Interest in and ability to relate well to students age birth - 21.
• Experience with evaluation and eligibility determination for special education services preferred.

- •Compensation: BA= $40.75/Hour, MA= $44.95/Hour
- •This is not eligible for health and dental benefits unless a current contracted teacher through Wayzata Public Schools
