We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in El Paso, TX! As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help our clients achieve their full potential.
78,000 - 100,000 with bonuses included based on experience!

What BCBAs Do at Better Together Behavioral Health:
Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments
Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members
Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other support staff.
Monitor and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and make necessary changes to the treatment plan.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills in individuals with ASD.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Ability to engage in physical activities such as playing, running, and kneeling (6-8 Hours).
