Location: Burnsville, Minnesota

Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct supervision and training to paraprofessionals and school staff
• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation adhering to ethical standards and guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise as required
