What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress
Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment
Qualifications
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Ability to pass required background checks
