What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Behavior Technician at Thrive Behavioral Solutions, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with autism. Your work will directly impact their growth and success. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Providing one-on-one support to clients to help them achieve their goals. - Collecting and recording data on client progress to ensure effective treatment. - Collaborating with team members and families to create a positive and supportive environment. - Maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
