What You’ll Do:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance
• Track data and document progress with our streamlined systems
• Work closely with families and clinical team members
• Support skill development through individualized behavior plans
• Contribute to a positive, engaging clinic environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Active RBT Certification (BACB)
• Experience working with children (preferred)
• Leadership background for Lead RBT applicants
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
