The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) reports directly to the Clinical Administrator. The BCBA supports our programs in Atlantic and Cumberland county.
Salary: \$77,000 - \$81,000
What Devereux looks for in YOU:
Provide behavior support to individuals within your assigned programs.
Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring/diagnostic evaluation and behavioral support for challenging behaviors
Consultation on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives
Training, quality oversight and supervision of behavior specialist/RBT's with respect to behavior support, required documentation and therapeutic interventions.
On call responsibilities are limited to phone consultation to assigned programs.

Requirements
• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• One year experience working with IDD population.
• Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
