Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) located in Mill Creek, WA. The BCBA/LABA will design, implement, and evaluate behavior support plans for clients with a range of developmental and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, providing parent education and training, supervising behavior technicians, and utilizing evidence-based practices. The BCBA/LABA will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve meaningful behavior change and skill development.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management methods
• A strong foundation in Psychology principles and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Active BCBA or LABA certification and ability to maintain certification requirements
• Experience in developing and supervising individualized behavior intervention plans
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is highly desirable
